ENNAI Chrome Extension Privacy Policy

ENNAI is a private internal Chrome extension for authorized employees. It connects Gmail with our company’s internal ENNA backend to support internal email-related workflows.

Data We Collect

The extension may process the following data:

• The currently open Gmail message context, such as message ID, subject, thread state, and Gmail URL.
• Temporary Gmail tab state, such as the active Gmail tab ID.
• Extension configuration, including the selected ENNA API endpoint and API token.
• Realtime connection status between the extension and the ENNA backend.

The extension does not collect browsing activity outside Gmail and the configured ENNA backend.

How We Use Data

We use this data only to:

• Detect the currently open Gmail message.
• Share the active Gmail message context with the ENNA backend.
• Let users navigate to Gmail messages linked from ENNA workflows.
• Maintain extension settings and connection state.

Data Sharing

Data is shared only with our company’s internal ENNA backend at https://kamrutor.nl/*.

We do not sell user data. We do not share user data with advertisers, analytics providers, or unrelated third parties.

Data Storage

Extension settings and temporary state may be stored locally in the browser using Chrome extension storage or local storage.

Email context may be transmitted to the ENNA backend when the extension is connected. Any backend-side storage or processing is limited to internal company workflows.

Remote Code

The extension does not load or execute remote JavaScript or WebAssembly. All extension code is bundled with the extension package.

Access Control

This extension is intended only for authorized internal users with valid ENNA API credentials.
